St. Patrick’s Day at Hyeholde is an evening rooted in Irish tradition, thoughtful cooking, and quiet celebration. This special menu honors the foodways of Ireland through a contemporary lens - simple, familiar ingredients treated with care, restraint, and respect for seasonality.
The evening includes a curated progression of whiskey, cocktail, and brew pairings, developed in collaboration with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and designed to complement each course. Pairings will be presented as part of the experience, allowing the cuisine and spirits to unfold together with intention and balance.

A cancellation policy applies to all holidays and special events at Hyeholde. For this event, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 per guest fee, with an additional $50 per guest no-show fee. A 20% auto-gratuity will be added to your bill.
