Hyeholde Truffle Dinner with Wine Pairings from our Cellar:

An evening shaped by season, soil, and patience.

Late winter is when truffles are at their most expressive - earthy, aromatic, and fleeting. Once a year, Hyeholde gathers around this moment with an intimate truffle dinner designed to honor the season slowly and deliberately.

This six-course tasting menu explores the truffle in varied forms, woven thoughtfully through each dish rather than placed on display. Richness is balanced with restraint; depth is met with clarity. This year, each course is paired with wines curated in collaboration with F. Magnotta, whose selections favor structure, freshness, and a sense of place - ideal companions to truffle’s layered intensity.

The evening is meant to unfold at an unhurried pace, guided by the rhythms of late winter: cellar-aged wines, warm stone, candlelight, and the quiet luxury of ingredients at their peak.

A cancellation policy applies to all holidays and special events at Hyeholde. For this event, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 per guest fee, with an additional $50 per guest no-show fee. A 20% auto-gratuity will be added to your bill. Please note that menu substitutions are not permitted, and this event is strictly for guests 21 and over. Refer to event details for full terms.
