This late-summer wine dinner celebrates the bold, the charred, and the beautifully seasonal. From flame-roasted tomatillo gazpacho to slow-roasted lamb shoulder and smoked ricotta with grilled peaches, each course embraces the richness of smoke and heat—expertly paired with wines that elevate every bite.
$150 per Guest
A cancellation policy applies to all holidays and special events at Hyeholde. For this event, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a $50 per guest fee, and there is a $50 per guest no-show fee the day of the event. A 20% auto-gratuity will be added to your bill. Please note that menu substitutions are not permitted, and this event is strictly for guests 21 and over.
