





Our wonderful new Pastry Chef, MeeMee Choi emigrated from Korea in 2001. In the midst of raising a family she graduated from the PA Culinary Institute and began her career in pastries at The Duquesne Club. Two years later she joined the Carnegie Museum of Pittsburgh branch of Parkhurst dining. For 5 years at the museum she produced pastries and desserts as well as designing and decorating more than 200 wedding cakes. From 2010 until she joined us, MeeMee was Pastry chef for AVI food systems at Slippery Rock University.
In MeeMee’s words...”I’m all the time enjoying to play with food and love to learn new thing.”
