"I've always wanted to be a chef"
Through
the years we've been asked many times to offer cooking classes at Hyeholde.
Now, Executive Chef Christopher O'Brien and his staff have planned 2 different
courses of instruction:
(1) for the novice cook who wants to learn some basics and a little beyond
4 hours - $240.00 Monday through Friday
$300.00 Sunday
(2) for people who love to cook and eat and would like to hone their skills and
produce a 4-course meal to be enjoyed by them and a couple of friends in our
dining room.
Price will be based on ingredients.
These will be "hands-on" classes and will be limited to 1 - 3 people.
